Plan Your Visit
We are a friendly church and offer a warm welcome to regulars and visitors. Each summer, we have holiday makers in our services. Some of these return every year and become old friends.
What time is the service?

Our Sunday service starts at 10.45. No need to book - just turn up. Information about other meetings and events are on the notice sheet, social media and the What's On calendar on the Home page.
How to find us

Our address is: 140 High St Stalham Norwich NR12 9AZ What3Words we are at: ///corals.sway.sway There is a map at the bottom of this page.
Parking

There's limited parking on the church site. On Sunday, this is for people with disabilities. Others can park in the health centre car park opposite the church on Sundays. Parking is also available in bays on the nearby streets, at Tesco's and in the town car park, but restrictions and fees apply at certain times on some days so don't forget to check the signs before leaving your car.
What do I have to do?

No-one will make you do anything. You can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. During the service there is usually a mix of singing, prayers led by someone, and a talk, but every service is different. Each service has a leader who will explain what is happening next. During the singing, you can stand or sit - both are fine. There's no dress code - you'll find people wearing everything from Sunday best to comfortable casual.
Disabled Access

We regularly have people with all kinds of physical or learning disabilities. There is step free access to almost all of the building, accessible toilets and a hearing loop. If you would find it helpful, you can email us here to ask questions, but you are very welcome to just turn up to the service and ask the welcomers about anything you need.
What about Communion?

Once a month, as part of the service we remember and celebrate what Jesus did for us by taking communion. Anyone who loves Jesus is welcome to join in, or you can choose just to watch. We don’t use a written order of service, but the person leading will explain what to do. We use non-alcoholic wine and gluten free bread is available - please ask. If you want to know more about Communion, please ask one of the leaders who will be happy to answer your questions.
Can someone pray with me?

Yes - there is a “tent” at the back, pop in there at the end of the service and there will be someone to pray for you. The church is also open nearly every weekday morning from 10-12 for private prayer, and you can ask one of the pastors to pray for you then. For more information see our Prayer page.
Do I need to bring money?

No! Visitors are not expected to give. There is a collection, and some people put money in the bag that is passed round, but people can also give regularly through their bank so no-one will know or notice whether you put money in the bag or not. If you want to know more about how giving and the church finances work, visit the Giving Page.
Can I bring my children?

Our church isn’t just for adults. You are very welcome to bring children of any age when you come to our services. During the Sunday service talk for adults, the children go into different rooms to meet with others of their own age for Bible stories, activities and crafts, and to have a lot of fun while they learn more about God for themselves. For more information see our Children & Young People page.
Tea & Coffee

Tea, coffee and occasionally cake are served after most services in the schoolroom (our church hall). It's an opportunity to chat and get to know new people or catch up with old friends. If you are not sure where to go, please ask.
Toilets & Baby Changing

The toilets are through the door to the right of the stage. They are on the left just before you get to the kitchen. We have an accessible toilet and baby changing table. Don't hesitate to ask for directions if you need them.
Jesus at the Centre

Sometimes, people ask about our logo or strapline - what does Jesus at the Centre mean? Simply, that our aim is that our focus is on Jesus and making him the centre of our lives, church and community.
